REQUIRED FOR ALL LOCATIONS
- 2 copies of the appointment confirmation for Individual or Family( Fax, Scan, Copy sent through mail )
- 2 copies of US Consulate appointment confirmation email per person. (could be send by fax or as a forwarded email)

2 copies of the I-797 Approval notification or Cuurent I-94 is acceptable if individual does not have the I-797.

2 copies of the Passports Biometrics front page only (Color Fax, Color Scan, Color Copy, Information must be clear to read and understand
( This applies to everybody requesting any service -
2 copies of the US visa printed on the passport must not be expired. (Required for Mexican Immigration Permit)

2 copies or email copies of travel itinerary (Required for Mexican Immigration Permit)
- 2 copies of present employer with individuals information (Employer and Individual information (Letterhead from employer recommended)
